This is a rare Ellipsocephalid trilobite from the Middle Cambrian, Hamatolenus vincenti . It was found in the Jbel Wawrmast Formation of Jbel Ougnate in Morocco (same area as the Kingaspadoides, see specimen EK1 ).

The trilobite is well-preserved, the free cheeks are still intact as are the pleural and genal spines. The trilobite measures 1.75inches long (excluding the spines) and 1.1 inches wide at the widest part of the cephalon. The trilobite and matrix measure 3.85 inches long, 2.75 inches wide and 0.75 inches high.
